In short
Vialie is a private iPhone app for people already taking Zepbound. You add Zepbound as your label, confirm each weekly dose, set the reminder you want, watch pen inventory and expiry, and note weight and side effects in a private journal. It is a record-keeping tool, not a source of medical advice: Vialie does not set your dose or titration schedule, and it is not made or endorsed by Eli Lilly.
What Vialie records
Everything below is something you enter. Nothing is inferred or suggested.
- Zepbound as your label, with strength and pen as your prescription shows it
- Each weekly dose you confirm, with date, time, and injection site
- Pen inventory and an expiry reminder before it runs out
- Weight, waist, and progress photos you choose to add
- Nausea, fatigue, and other side effects, in your own words
- A PDF or CSV export for your next appointment

Zepbound shares one library with Mounjaro and compounded tirzepatide - see the full GLP-1 tracker for every recognised brand, molecule, and co-medication.
Same molecule, other labels: the tirzepatide tracker covers Zepbound, Mounjaro, and compounded tirzepatide.
How Zepbound is packaged
Taken only from the current FDA label on DailyMed (DailyMed effective date August 2026). It is not instructions for use, and it does not list strengths or a schedule. Check the Zepbound label on DailyMed for the full text.

Storage and expiry wording
- All forms: do not freeze it, and do not use it if frozen. Keep it in the original carton to protect it from light.
- Single-dose pen or vial: in the refrigerator. If needed, the label allows up to a total of 21 days unrefrigerated at no more than 86°F, then it is discarded.
- Unopened multi-dose vial or KwikPen: in the refrigerator until the expiration date on the label. If kept at room temperature, the label says to throw it away after 30 days.
- Opened multi-dose vial or KwikPen: in the refrigerator or at room temperature, and thrown away no later than 30 days after first use, even if medicine is left in it.
For a missed dose or an injection-site question, the source is the Medication Guide and Instructions for Use in the official Zepbound patient information, or your prescriber or pharmacist. Vialie does not answer those questions.
Questions
Is there a private app to track Zepbound?
Yes. Vialie is a private iPhone tracker for Zepbound. It records the dose you confirm, your injection sites, pen inventory, weight, and side effects. Records stay on your device, and no account is required.
Does Vialie plan my Zepbound titration schedule?
No. Vialie never calculates a dose or plans when to increase it. It records the dose your prescriber set and the entries you confirm. Titration decisions belong to your prescriber.
Is Vialie made by Eli Lilly or affiliated with Zepbound?
No. Vialie is an independent record-keeping app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Eli Lilly or Zepbound. Vialie is also not Vially, Vialy, or Vial: Peptide Tracker.
Can I track weight and photos alongside my Zepbound log?
Yes. Weight entries, progress photos, and symptom notes live in the same private journal as your dose history, so a month of Zepbound use can be reviewed in one place.
Should I log Zepbound and Mounjaro under one label?
No. Both contain tirzepatide, but they are separate brands with separate FDA labels. Keep the label exactly as it appears on your pen, vial, or KwikPen, so your history matches what was dispensed. Vialie does not merge or swap labels.
