Email support

Send app support requests to support@tryvialie.com. Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send sensitive photos, prescription documents, or medical records unless support specifically asks for the minimum needed to debug an app issue.

What we can help with

  • Using the item shelf, journal, reminders, reports, and exports.
  • Understanding local storage and app settings.
  • Troubleshooting subscription restore or App Store purchase state.

What we cannot help with

  • Choosing, increasing, decreasing, skipping, or timing a dose.
  • Diagnosing symptoms or side effects.
  • Deciding whether a medication, peptide, vial, source, mixture, or treatment is safe.
  • Providing treatment plans, peptide stacks, sourcing, or reconstitution instructions.

Syncing and where the log lives

This App Store build stores your tracker on the iPhone and does not require a Vialie account. iCloud sync is off by default; Plus subscribers can turn on private sync through their own iCloud account. Vialie does not send tracker context or photos to a Vialie cloud service. When you want a copy off the phone, export a PDF or CSV yourself. Deleting local data removes the records stored on that device.

Subscriptions

Paid features are auto-renewing in-app subscriptions managed by Apple. Everyday logging is free. Vialie Plus is $7.99 a month or $49.99 a year and includes unlimited vials, full history, Friend View, PDF or CSV reports, and optional iCloud sync. Cancel anytime in Apple ID settings, and restore purchases in the app when available. Subscription checks cover entitlement only and do not need your vial, dose, symptom, photo, or journal history.

If something feels urgent

Vialie is not for emergencies. If you think you may be having a medical emergency or serious reaction, contact emergency services or a licensed clinician immediately.
