Is Vialie safe? What it stores, where, and what it never does

Last reviewed 30 September 2026 · From Vialie's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (updated August 9, 2026) · Not medical advice. Ask your prescriber or pharmacist.

In short: Vialie is a private iPhone logbook for GLP-1 medications, peptides and other labels you enter. In the App Store build, records stay on your device, no Vialie account is required and iCloud sync is off by default. Vialie does not give medical advice, calculate doses or suggest sources. Here is the detail, taken from its own policies.

What Vialie stores

You choose what to enter. Vialie may store item names and labels, inventory amounts, usage entries, sites you enter, reminders, symptoms, weight entries, notes, report drafts, settings, and photos of labels or journal entries that you add. It doesn't ask for medication history beyond what you choose to log.

Where it lives

  • Stored locally on your device with Apple-native storage. No Vialie account is required.
  • iCloud sync is off by default. Plus subscribers can turn it on, and it then uses their own private iCloud account.
  • Vialie doesn't run a custom server database for your tracker history.
  • Labels, reminders, inventory, journal and history are designed to work offline.

What leaves your phone

  • Nothing goes to a Vialie cloud service. Vialie doesn't send tracker records, tracker context, prompts, photos or journal history to one.
  • This build has no cloud AI feature.
  • Permissions: notifications are used only for local reminders you schedule. Photos are used only to attach the label or journal photos you choose.
  • Purchases go through Apple. If subscription tooling such as RevenueCat is enabled, it checks entitlement only and doesn't need your vial, dose, symptom, photo or journal history.
  • A copy leaves the phone only when you export one yourself, or when you turn on your own iCloud sync.
  • Vialie doesn't sell your personal tracker data or use your vial or usage history to build advertising profiles.

What Vialie will not do

  • Vialie isn't a medical device. It doesn't diagnose, prescribe, recommend doses, create treatment plans, suggest dose changes, recommend peptide stacks, verify product safety, give sourcing guidance or give reconstitution instructions.
  • Estimated levels, remaining inventory, summaries and reports come from what you entered. They aren't measured medical values.
  • Vialie can't tell you whether a medication, peptide, vial, source or mixture is safe. That question belongs with a licensed clinician. Vialie isn't for emergencies: contact emergency services or a clinician right away.

Is Vialie legit?

  • Vialie is an iPhone app (iOS 17.0 or later), with its privacy policy, terms and support address (support@tryvialie.com) published on this site.
  • It's a separate, independently published app from Vially, Vialy and Vial: Peptide Tracker. See which app is which.
  • Pricing is public: free for everyday logging with up to 2 active vials, and Vialie Plus for everything else. See pricing. Vialie doesn't invent trial offers on this site.

Delete or keep your record

  • You can delete or archive records in the app. Deleting local data removes the records Vialie stored on that device.
  • You can export summaries for your own records or for a clinician conversation. The pricing page lists PDF or CSV reports under Vialie Plus.
  • Read six questions to ask any tracker, or the full privacy policy.

Is Vialie safe to use?

Vialie is a record-keeping app, and in the App Store build your records stay on your iPhone with no Vialie account. It has no cloud AI and does not send tracker records or photos to a Vialie cloud service. It cannot tell you whether a medication or peptide is safe, so ask a licensed clinician.
