In short
Vialie logs the add-ons that surround a main record: B12 and MIC or Lipo-B lipotropic shots, NAD+, NMN and NR, glutathione, NAC, vitamin C, electrolytes, creatine and protein, sleep and GI support, and prescription labels such as testosterone, estrogen therapy, progesterone, DHEA, and thyroid medication. Each one is a label record with its own route, form, inventory, and reminder, and all of it shares one private timeline on your iPhone.
What Vialie records
Everything below is something you enter. Nothing is inferred or suggested.
- A label record per item, with the route and form that actually match it: capsule, powder, packet, vial, gel, or patch
- Oral, intramuscular, subcutaneous, intravenous, topical, or custom routes
- Each entry you confirm, on the same timeline as everything else you track
- Inventory, refill reminders, and expiry reminders
- Symptoms, energy, sleep, and weight notes alongside the entries
- Bloodwork notes so a lab date sits next to what you were taking that month

Names in the library
These are recognised entries in the Vialie library. Anything missing can be added as a custom label and tracked the same way.

General supplements
Clinic and prescription labels
How it works
One timeline instead of five apps
The reason add-ons are worth logging is context. A rough week reads differently when the record shows the electrolytes ran out on Tuesday, or when a lab date sits beside the month you actually took the iron. Vialie keeps prescriptions, shots, supplements, and notes on one private timeline so that context survives.
Forms that match reality
A powder is not a tablet and a patch is not a pen. Each item carries its own route and form options, so a scoop of creatine, a B12 shot, a hormone patch, and an electrolyte packet all record cleanly.
Custom labels for your own stack
Anything not in the library can be added as a custom label with the name you use, and it behaves exactly like a library item.
Questions
Can I track supplements and shots in the same app as my prescriptions?
Yes. Vialie keeps prescriptions, B12 and lipotropic shots, NAD+ and NMN, electrolytes, protein, and every other add-on on one private timeline on your iPhone, each with its own route, form, inventory, and reminders.
Can I log a B12 or Lipo-B shot?
Yes. B12, methylcobalamin, MIC, B12 / MIC, Lipo-B and Lipo-C are library entries with intramuscular and subcutaneous routes, so a clinic shot records as a shot rather than as a tablet.
Can I track TRT, HRT, or thyroid medication?
Yes. Testosterone, estrogen therapy, progesterone, DHEA, and thyroid medication are recorded from your prescription or clinic label. Vialie provides no independent guidance on them and does not change or suggest a dose.
Does Vialie recommend supplements?
No. Vialie never recommends a supplement, a dose, or a combination, and makes no claim about effects. It records what you choose to enter.
