What you may store in Vialie
You choose what to enter. Vialie may store your item names and labels, inventory amounts, usage entries, user-entered sites, reminders, symptoms, weight entries, notes, report drafts, settings, and photos of labels or journal entries that you choose to add.
Where your tracker data lives
- Your tracker is stored locally on your device using Apple-native persistence.
- This App Store build stores your tracker data locally and does not enable iCloud sync or require a Vialie account.
- Vialie does not run a custom server database for your tracker history.
- The app is designed to keep manual logging, inventory history, guided vial creation, reminders, and reports usable offline.
Permissions you control
- Notifications: used only for local reminders you schedule.
- Photos: used only to attach label or journal photos that you choose.
No cloud AI in this build
The App Store build does not include a user-facing Vialie AI feature and does not send tracker context, prompts, photos, or journal history to a Vialie cloud service.
Payments and subscriptions
Purchases are handled through Apple in-app purchase and subscription systems. If subscription tooling such as RevenueCat is enabled in a build, it is used to check entitlement state and does not need your vial, dose, symptom, photo, or journal history.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal tracker data.
- We do not use your vial or usage history to create advertising profiles.
- We do not ask for medication history beyond what you choose to log.
- We do not send your tracker records or photos to a Vialie cloud service.
- We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, dose recommendations, treatment plans, sourcing, or preparation instructions.
Deletion and export
You can delete or archive records inside the app. You can also export summaries for your own records or clinician conversations. Deleting local data removes the records stored by Vialie on that device.
